1. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

2. Delivery Time

Here’s how it works: you order → we process → we ship → you receive your order.

Most orders are delivered within 5–15 business days after we process. However, please note that occasionally some orders may require customs clearance. In such cases, delivery may take up to 30 days.

All shipments are trackable. Once we receive the tracking number from the carrier, we will notify you via email so you can monitor your order’s progress.

10 USD/kg: Australia, Austria, Cambodia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Netherlands, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, Vietnam, Canada

15 USD/kg:Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, India, Israel, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Russia, Romania, Slovenia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Cyprus, Croatia

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the order total and must be handled directly with your local customs office.

We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected delays or additional charges.

 

5. Special / Restricted Products

For orders containing sensitive items, such as powders, liquids, or needles, we separate these items into a different package. This ensures that you receive the regular items promptly, while the sensitive package may take longer due to customs clearance.

The delivery time for sensitive items is generally up to 30 days, whereas the rest of your order will follow the standard shipping times.

 

6. Bulk / Custom Orders

Shipping fees for bulk orders or custom items may not follow the standard free shipping policy.

For these orders, shipping time and costs will be provided separately when we send you a quote, ensuring you have clear information before placing the order.

 

7. Incorrect or Damaged Package

If you receive a product or package that is incorrect or damaged, please notify us promptly. We will arrange a replacement shipment.

 

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
