Refund policy

At SIMFORGE, we offer a 15-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your product after receiving it, we sincerely apologize and are here to assist you. This page is designed to answer most of your questions regarding returns and exchanges.

 

1. What is Our Return Policy?

At SIMFORGE, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging

If there is no quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse.

If the return is due to a verified quality issue, We will cover all return shipping costs and offer one of the following options:

  • Replacement: We will send you a replacement product.
  • Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), the refund or replacement will be processed promptly, usually within 5 business days.

 

2. Bulk & Customized Orders

Bulk orders and customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of verified quality issues.

 

3. A Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us your order number along with photos of the product after delivery. Our team will review the issue and respond within 24 hours. A replacement product will be arranged for you.
